LPA 1 or LPA 3 receptor-mediated calcium mobilization by exogenous LPA species. After the addition of 18:1 (panel a  and f ), 20:4 (panel b  and g), 16:0 (panel c  and h ), 18:0 (panel d  and i ) or 14:0 (panel e  and j ) LPA with defined concentrations (3, 10, 30, 100, 300 nM and 1, 3, 10 μM) into the B103 cells expressing LPA1 or LPA3 receptor, calcium mobilization assay was immediately performed. “ED50” and “Max resp” represent the half-maximal effective dose and maximal response, respectively.
