Silencing effect of ssAAV9-sh SOD1 vector on protein level of SOD1 . The SOD1 protein level was reduced in DRG as assessed by Western blot analysis at 4 weeks and 12 weeks after injection (A). Densitometric analysis of Western blot bands confirmed significant downregulation of SOD1 in the injected mice at both 4 and 12 weeks (B).
